The Hatha Yoga of Krishnamacharya is a special workshop that will introduce students to deeper insights on Shri Krishnamacharya’s teachings on Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra. The workshop will draw on wisdom from Sri A.G. Mohan’s notes during his extensive studies with the master and will be based on the latest book by the Mohans – Krishnamacharya in His own words.
The sessions will be a mixture of practical and learning components with asana, pranayama and meditative practices – along with opportunities to deepen your own practice and take back yogic tools for your teaching and sharing.
Open to practitioners of all ages, life stages and backgrounds – this program is suitable for all yoga students and teachers and will offer a special opportunity to go deeper into the less known unique aspects of the master’s teachings.
