What Our Participants Have to Say About Us

“I am continually impressed by the Mohans’ systematic approach to teaching everything from breathing techniques, to movement possibilities for certain conditions, to the benefits of devotion to a well-thought out road map to understanding the Yoga Sutras. Their programs have revolutionized the way I teach and I can’t recommend their work highly enough.“ – Brette, USA

“The Mohan family’s profound knowledge has deepened my understanding of Yoga and transformed my life and relationships. Their teachings, particularly the Svastha Yoga Therapy Programme, have provided me with the confidence and skills to improve my own well-being and share it with others.” – Tanja, Germany

“There is much to say about the authenticity of their teachings, a quality which is hard to find. At the same time, all that is modern is taken into account. I would liken studying with the Mohans to drinking pure water from the source of a river, rather than somewhere downstream.” – Arteom, USA

“The Svastha Therapy course is outstanding and the most comprehensive, scientific and holistic yoga course for obtaining health and well being. I have learned valuable insights and more importantly integrating this into daily life. I feel substantially more balanced, stable and peaceful in my nature. The course is life changing and with deep gratitude thank all of the Mohans for sharing your knowledge, kindness, care and concern.” – Lisa, Australia

“I deeply appreciate and am grateful for the beautiful synthesis of the 300 hours Yoga Therapy Course. I joined the course with the sole objective of learning some targeted yogic movement and somatic release techniques which I could use in my field of work – trauma therapy, and I already have gotten more, much more than what I signed up for. The Svastha wellness map is a very comprehensive design and I have started using it especially to create customized tools for breathing and movements mapping as my clients advance through the therapy sessions.” – Minu, India/Canada
