As women, we journey through unique physiological, emotional, and life experiences — from adolescence to motherhood, menopause, and beyond. Each stage brings its own challenges and transformations. These changes are not merely biological but also interwoven with our emotional and mental well-being. The wisdom of holistic yoga practices offers us tools to navigate these transitions with strength and clarity.
This workshop draws from the profound teachings of Shri Krishnamacharya, alongside insights from many other classical yoga texts. We will gain understanding and explore practices designed to build and sustain physical strength & flexibility, support physiological functioning & balance and cultivate emotional stability & mental clarity – through asana, pranayama, mantras, meditation and reflective practices.
Open to women of all ages, life stages and backgrounds, whether new to yoga or seasoned practitioners, this workshop will offer a meaningful opportunity to deepen your personal practice while gaining wisdom to help and guide others.
