with A. G. Mohan and Indra Mohan

Over the past 40 years, A.G. Mohan has studied and practiced according to the ancient foundations of yoga, carrying on the work of his teacher and guru, Sri T. Krishnamacharya. Widely recognized as the person who preserved the knowledge and practice of classical yoga in the 20th century, Krishnamacharya taught and trained Mohan from 1971 until 1989. Since then, Mohan and his wife, Indra, who received a post-graduate diploma from Krishnamacharya, have continued their in-depth studies of yoga and the other disciplines related to the understanding of ancient yoga, including Samkhya, Ayurveda, Vedic logic, Sanskrit, and many other topics.

The Mohans desire to disseminate this knowledge not only to scholars and serious students of yoga but also to all persons who are seeking personal transformation and meaning in their lives. The Mohans will make available an extensive series of lecture videos starting with the online study program and forum on the Yogasutras of Patanjali – the defining text on yoga.
